E-COMMERCE PAYMENTS
Our website accepts payments by credit card. If you are using the online credit card payment facilities on this site then it is your responsibility to ensure that the transaction, credit card information, and all other details you provide in relation to your payments made through the website are correct. We do not accept any liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data or information provided by you.
All prices and transactions are in New Zealand Dollars including 15% GST. All credit card transactions for the purchase of goods from this website are processed via a secure payment gateway provider dedicated to this purpose.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Consideration will not be given to orders already dispatched.
REFUND POLICY
As a customer you are responsible for understanding the items you are purchasing from our site. We realise that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to product manufacture and supply where a remedy may be required. It is our policy to remedy problems directly where possible through repair and replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Refund of payment will only be considered under the following circumstances.
- Non-delivery of the product.
- Delivery of incorrect product where replacement with correct items is not possible.
- Goods with manufacturing defect causing a non-remedial mechanical or structural malfunction.
- Goods damaged* or destroyed in delivery. (*excluding minor cosmetic damage).
While we will consider refunds for other reasons on a case by basis, any refund request for orders correctly delivered that are free of defect or damage, and correctly fulfilled to the specification of your order, will not be accepted.
Approved refund requests will be processed back to the credit card used at time of purchase.

WARRANTY
The Go Charged Velociraptor comes with a 12-month parts only warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, controller and motor assembly.
The warranty period starts from date of purchase. The Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, who bought the product from Go Charged or an authorised dealer. Please retain original invoice as proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
• This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire or malicious damage by a third party or corrosion of parts. This limited warranty does not apply to parts or components subject to normal wear and tear (including but not limited to tyres, tubes, cables, foot-pad, brake pads), malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use.
• Repairs or replacement parts required where the above mentioned is evident to have contributed to a component failure, will not be covered under warranty.
• Other exclusions include, but are not limited to, damage inflicted by outer force, intervention by unauthorised parties, incorrect handling of the product, non-compliance of the operating instructions and commercial use. • In the event that a fault does arise, the following process will need to be followed:
• Contact Go Charged via sales@gocharged.co.nz directly with a detailed and accurate description of the fault and/or symptoms being experienced to assist in efficiently diagnosing the problem.
• Once reported, customers must comply with directions from Go Charged in relation to troubleshooting the reported issues to enable a swift resolution. This may include supplying photos or other supporting information to assist with the diagnosis.
• Where possible and practical the customer may be required to assist in replacing faulty parts. If however this is not practical and the vehicle requires more technical attention, Go Charged will work with customer to arrange shipping of relevant parts to an official Go Charged service centre for repair.
• The customer is responsible for any inwards freight charge to return a product for warranty and or service.
• Go Charged reserves the right to seek reimbursement for freight and labour costs where the Go Charged product or parts are found to be in good and working condition, without issue.
Customer will be responsible to provide packaging at own cost to enable safe transit to the relevant Go Charged service centre. Parts and product from Go Charged must be protected at all times during the transit, so please prepare the package carefully and safely. Failure to package the parts properly could cause further damage in transit, and cause further disruptions to the warranty.
NOTICE
• This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the product or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. In no event shall Go Charged be responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, and without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
• This warranty is extended to the original owner only and does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure, which does not conform to the limited warranty aforementioned.
• Limited Remedy: Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warrant, is limited to the replacement of defective components and parts at the sole discretion of Go Charged.
• Go Charged make no other warranties, express or implied, other than those specific warranties stated above which are limited in duration.
• Warranties are void if the Go Charged Product is used for other than normal activities, or not in accordance with the instructions set out in the owner’s manual including but not limited to;
• Failing to maintain in accordance with the owner’s manual and service and maintenance schedules.
• Repairs or modifications have been made, unless approved and authorised by Go Charged Limited and carried out by an authorised service personnel.
• Proof of purchase is not available. Where warranty conditions are met, defective products or components will be repaired or replaced at Go Charged Limited’s discretion.
